  Helpful company and very informative. Andy was able to combine a couple of my policies as well as talk about what kind of coverage I really needed versus what I was paying for. Saved me alot of money and I finally understood what everything meant on my insurance coverage.

  Absolutely terrible service. I called in after finding out my license had been suspended due to a situation that I had no control or acknowledgement over. I called Andy and explained my situation. He told me he would give me a call back. He never did. I called again on Friday and the operator stated she had added into the notes that I was calling to request the state of my situation. On Monday, I called again and they did not reach out to me. Today, I called and got in touch with Vince. He said he would give me a call back as soon as he got in touch with Andy. He did not call me back. I had to call AGAIN to get in touch with him. Vince finally called me back to let me know that " we will no longer be able to carry you on this insurance. We recommend you go to Geico. We did not know about your record when we added you but now that we know, we can no longer have you." They decided to tell me this AFTER I just paid for my monthly insurance, it had been a WEEK and I had to constantly get in touch with them for Andy to tell Vince that they are kicking me off. We got on Erie last year (2016) and the offenses that he was relaying to were in 2015. How do you not know about these offenses until now? It did not add up and once again, Vince told me he would have Andy call me after I expressed my disappoint. He has yet to call me. Terrible service.

  Andy and Vince were able to save us a ton of money on both our homeowner and auto insurance policies. They also made it super easy to cancel with our former company and make the switch. I would definitely recommend them!
